Return & Exchange Policy
No Refunds will be entertained if the product package is damaged or opened by the recipient.
No Refunds will be entertained if the product SAFETY SEAL is broken or damaged by the recipient.
If you have received a product with a damaged or broken SAFETY SEAL, from our store please return to us immediately within 7 days of purchase for a replacement.
If you have received a damaged product during transit to your location the product will be replaced immediately.
Please make sure to check the product immediately on receipt to acknowledge the receipt of the product in its original undamaged or open state.
For returns due to a change of mind or refusal, any shipping fees paid or incurred are non-refundable or payable by the customer. In addition, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
